Christmas and New Year

Special Note: There is a New Years Concert on farmland further up the road. The concert ends about 2am and people are being bused back around 3am. We have families staying in our camp that won't be very happy with a whole lot of noise in the early hours of the morning. So if you're thinking about attending the concert then please don't book a campsite with us. The concert venue offers tent sites and we suggest that you use them.

Security has been instructed not to admit anyone from the buses as we want 100% peace and quiet at that time of the morning.

Camping is one of the greatest ways of having a summer holiday but it only takes a few idiots to ruin it for everyone else.

Our emphasis this year is become more family friendly.
We want people to be secure in the knowledge that there will be no crowds of young ones hooning it up with loud noisy parties during this holiday period.

We want people to have a good time, but also be respectful of other campers, our facilities and our neighbours. Everyone is living in very close quarters to their neighbours and nylon walls don't make good sound insulation, so it's really important that everyone is considerate at all times.

To try and ensure that people can relax and have a great time we've implemented the following policy:

- No large groups of people 25 years of age and under. We're not saying that the under 25's are not welcome but we are saying that they're not coming to this camp to become party central.

- People under 25 yrs will be required to pay a $50 behaviour bond. This will be returned upon the successful, trouble free conclusion of their stay.

- Any person or group that causes any damage, disruption or disturbance to fellow campers or has a messy campsite will be asked to rectify the situation. Failure to do so might result in eviction and loss of bond. We won't tolerate drunken behaviour at anytime.

- Campsites, unless previously agreed, are restricted to a maximum of four people (basically talk to us first if your numbers are greater.)

- One car per site. Limited parking is available for a 2nd car and/or boat. Please let us know at the time of booking.

We have a no noise policy after 10pm & 1am New Years Eve.

We will have security working over this period to ensure that everything functions smoothly. With everyone's co-operation we can all have a successful holiday.
